Philosophy of Care
Each client will receive holistic nursing care on an individual basis from the nursing staff and other members of the multi-disciplinary team to enhance their individual needs and quality of life.
Each client will have their rights upheld at all times and will have freedoom of choice in most of their own care. Each individual client will be accorded respect and dignity at all times by staff and receive equal quality of care regardless of age, physical ability or mental state.
